Congratulations to Jason Borrelli on being named a 2026 Penn State Alumni Fellow!
Penn State is celebrating Jason Borrelli as he is honored as a 2026 Alumni Fellow, recognizing his outstanding leadership and accomplishments in the real estate industry. Jason is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate and has more than three decades of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, and operations. As a founding partner of Exeter Property Group, he helped grow the firm into a global real estate platform.
A 1994 Penn State College of Engineering graduate, Jason returned to Penn State to earn his MBA from Great Valley in 2006. He has remained deeply connected to the University through his service on the Penn State Real Estate Advisory Board and his continued support of real estate education at Penn State. In 2021, Jason endowed the Borrelli Institute for Real Estate Studies (BIRES) @ Penn State, solidifying Penn State University as having one of the top real estate programs in the world.
The Alumni Fellow Award is the highest honor presented by the Penn State Alumni Association and recognizes alumni who have demonstrated leadership and distinction in their professional fields. As part of today’s celebration, Jason will share his expertise and experiences with the next generation of Penn State leaders.
