THON 2022 STORY

THON 2022 was a major success! After having to dance virtually in 2021, the Bryce Jordan Center was packed once again from February 18-20th. Pi Kapp had the honor of having three of our brothers dance representing the fraternity and our THON child, Clay Hamman; as well as a fourth brother dancing representing a special interest organization. Pi Kapp’s dancers were Brother Ben Hines, Brother Corey Zimmer, and Brother John Callaghan. Our fourth brother dancing was Brother Seamus Connolly. Seamus represented Impact, for which he is the president. Impact is a special interest organization benefiting THON.

Through a collective effort from all active members and alumni, Pi Kapp proudly raised $45,957.11! This has been our highest total since the chapter rechartered. With help from our paired organization, Whiplash Dance Team, our total amount raised for THON 2022 was $64,467.39. THON 2022 raised a collective $13,756,374.50, beating the previous record of $13.3 million set in 2014!
